HOW DOES IT ALL WORK
What's included...
Three months prior to your day, you’ll receive a ‘Co-ordination details” form. Here is where we’ll grab all your supplier details and have a general chat about your expectations and the process from here.
We now become the contact for all your suppliers, making sure all questions are answered in the lead up.
60 min video or phone consult one month prior to your day to run through all details in depth.
Creation of a run sheet with all details. This will be sent to you and your suppliers.
Unlimited email and phone contact with you and your suppliers.
Day of Co-ordination - where all the magic happens! Your dedicated co-ordinator will be by your side all day, overseeing every detail to ensure a seamless behind-the-scenes experience. From setting up flawlessly, to ensuring you and your partner have an unforgettable day, our coordinator will be there from ceremony setup until the reception begins (times may vary).
An extra helping hand for your suppliers on all the little finishing touches for the ceremony and reception space.
Access to all our wedding secrets, tips and tricks to ensure you and your guests have the best night ever!!!
